Comes with box! I bought off posh, but they don't fit 😩 therefore I am reselling. I think these fit more of a 7.5, and not a 7 (they're listed as 7s) . @ashheartsla hi! I have a few pairs of kate spade heals, and I always wear a 7 in them. When I bought these off posh I figured they would fit the same, but they are larger than I expected.. I would say these are true 7.5, and they would fit you perfectly if you are 7.5. Let me know if you have any other questions.
