This is a gorgeous couture black Victor Costa dress. It’s embellished with a spectacular pearl/sequin detail around the collar & cuffs. It’s in EXCELLENT condition (1-2 of the pearls need tightening, and 1 small pearl in the back is missing - hardly noticeable, easily replaced). I purchased this vintage dress to have it altered to fit me, but never did! Sz 12. I've never worn it, but purchased it from a seller who said it was previously worn by the dancer Ann Miller (I have a card stating this.)

If you remember, I told you I would be willing to split the difference with you between $140 and $180, making it $160. If you’re not actually ready to buy, I’m not lowering the price. In these uncertain times I’m not so anxious to sell. (I was only doing it as an accommodation to you.) So when you are actually ready to buy, let me know.

elkie1115Hi @fmjmemphis Just wanted to get back to you. I measured the dress- From shoulder to hem it is 41 1-2". I think it definitely would be long enough because I held it up to me and it came down to well below my knee (It wouldn't make sense for me to try it on because I am a size 4, and it would be so big on me that I wouldn't get a true representation of the length. That being said, I really think it would be fine for you). When I went to look at this gorgeous dress again, I remembered how much I love it! But it would be way too costly for me to have it altered. And anyway, I really don't have anyplace to wear it! So just let me know what you think!
