siennethreads@mrsontherise it's actually a cape vest. The brand is cameo - it's an Aussie label so very limited in the US. I'm pretty sure it's sold out, but check sites like opencloset.com and theiconic.com for more of this brand. Maybe with a little hunting you'll find it somewhere. Good luck!
