sid0001 @bunkie tell me about it, I had to do 2 boxes for one of my buyer. I end up paying $10 extra but that was doing it online ups. If I had gone to the post office it would have been a lot more. Very very upset with posh new improve shipping... My a$$

sid0001 @bunkie I was upset but I was fine because posh got no profit lol I did transaction via pp. it was a big bundle of kids clothes(which I so need to get rid of lol) so at end I still made good ;)

2myposhmark That's very true. No matter how you want to buy or sell , it's the shipping that's stopping. You ended spending more both the seller and the buyer. I also heard they start charging taxes. What do you really make? NADA!

amyrdh i have it stated in a post that due to new shipping weights there may be a few dollar extra left on a bundle to cover shipping. but i understand the frustration of all this!

ambervaen Agreed!! I think their shipping costs drive alot of shoppers to take their sales to paypal. Maybe if they got rid of shipping cost they'd be making ALOT more 20% sale profits. Annoyed!

crystalmclain @sid0001 ya it's real sad as if the money they take isn't enough ;( and I don't use pay pall enough to understand it I have had to pay extra out of my pocket on two trades I bundled the items and they came back to me and I had to go pay 8.65 out of my own pocket so just be carefull! If its too heavy u have to pay extra for shipping with the person your trading with, but if its a sell they just take the extra shipping out of your earnings! So be carefull if you think the items they order or if u do a bundle make it into two different bundles and make them pay for two shipping labels because it can cost you as a seller a lot out if pocket for shipping :/

maribizel03 @sid0001 when I saw this i just had to put my input in!!! Lowering a penny to "give us a deal" but took a lb off is crazy! When I know my package is heavier then 2lbs I schedule a pick up right from my front door! My mail man is awesome I give him a tip every Christmas because I always have packages delivered and shipped! He doesn't let it bother him that is heavier and lets it go! So if you don't live in an apartment and you trust your neighbors just schedule a pick up!! Works every time! 😃

kddid50 Drop our % to 15 instead of 20!!!! I follow the rules that PM have put in place. I use their space to sell so I will pay my share. However, I understand why ppl are going outside of PM to make deals!! After the % to sell and now shipping fees....it's adding up!!!!

mish2775 If its over 2lbs I just still print the label then goto the post office and have them weigh it then pay the difference directly from the post office..it's always cheaper!

juliepointer1 😣I know!!;( the $5 3lb was a limited time special, so tech it's the same as the old shipping unless you get something light like a cool accessory:) than you get to save some money:) I've always thought it was dumb to have $7 on something teeny like earrings!;( say you bought a $7 cell case...you pay that much in shipping?! I think they'd lose way less biz to pp if they'd do like a $4 rate for access and $5-$7 for other stuff:( but there is a button to add on addit lbs:)

beanerboss Totally ridiculous! I rarely buy anymore bc of this. Even if I find a good deal the shipping cost ruins it. And if I'm loosing 20% of my selling process I'm not paying to ship it to the buyer. Most of the time the flat rate boxes are better than regular mail cost anyway

lifeinstiches If they would go with flat rate boxes weight won't matter so much & it would cost less. Pissed also as when selling a coat, leather it is more than 2lbs & we don't have weight scales for these things at home & find out later so it makes you lose $ or up pricing! Maybe if we complain enough they will change it they already make a killing with shipping & 20% because if you are shipping lets say eating it would cost you $1.50 to mail your self verse there fees so now everyone will go the route of PayPal which is not aloud! Maybe if they don't listen to reason we can make our own app with better cost effective ways of selling!! Hmm my son is into apps & web design just might have to hit him up & shark tank lol
