This is a brand new Tony Bowls prom dress. I purchased it for a prom that I ended up not going to so it has NEVER been worn other than me trying it on once. It is a size 4. It's all black and covered in sequence. It's a sweetheart neckline and has beautiful sequence detailing. It also has built in bra pads that I had purchased and had attached to the inside of the dress. This dress is in PERFECT condition!!!

Love the dress but I'm following two others that are a bit lower in the price. But it is a gorgeouse gown, also I don't know the Tony Noel's measurements and I'm not sure if it would fit my hips!

@juliemunoz are you afraid of it fitting your hips too big or too small? That's one of the great things about this dress, the top is very form fitting and the bottom hangs loose. I have very wide hips and it fit me perfectly! What price range are you looking for?
