lovebug08 @mariana2029 It would fit a small. Its supposed to be mini dress so if you are a medium it would fit more like a top since it would be too short to wear alone. I have worn it as both and I am bigger on top. So depends on what kind of look you are going for. LMK if you have any other questions. Also I am 5'1 so depending if you are a lot taller you may not be able to pull it off as a dress if its too short. 😊Hope that helps.
