jodiqueen @snw916 hi, not familiar with lei. Looked online, is this a junior item? If so I'd go with a 9 but if not go with an 11. They are skinnies with stretch so may just give you a little more room with the 11. I'm a 2-4 and wear a 3 in these if that helps with sizing. jodiqueen @oraelinnkelley lol, so funny how we're all shaped so differently! So I would go with a 7. I'm between 2-4 (26-27) and wear a 3 in these? They have spandex so hopefully won't bag in butt.
