pipergirl1 Armpit to armpit 16in but you would still have more room than that bc it shaped to fit boobs. It's not flat material. Waist laying flat about 14 in & skirt starts under the breast and that's about 23 in but from waist is 19 in. @ccroxy

ccroxy As much as I absolutely love this dress it's too small as is so I would def need to be able to take it out. About off an inch to an inch and half. I haven't made my final final decision but wanted to see if I did decide to buy could I still buy on your 4th of July sale since that was the day I contacted you about it? Thanks!
