Vintage floral maxi with buttons all the way down. This is so pretty and comfy! 😍 I only wore it once and it's in great condition. It looks best worn high at the natural waist. Waist is 24" and length is 33". Should fit a size 2 perfectly - I'm a 4/6 and it was a bit tight. 100% rayon but it has already been washed a few times and shouldn't shrink (hand or gentle wash it in cold water.)
