50s/60s Fur Hat

Vintage 50s or 60s light tan genuine fur hat by Cecile New York. Union made tag. Fully lined. Tagged Women’s size 22 but I’m not sure what that means. It might be a pill box style? Or something that just sits on top of your head and you pin it down? It doesn’t fit on my big head that’s for sure lol. Please check measurements. Unisex. In good used condition besides a few pieces of fur coming out, not a huge issue.
