50s cream cotton circle skirt with hand screened hem and sequin accents

Mid 50s cream colored circle skirt with colorful hand screened hem and sequin accents. Seems to be made of cotton but there is not a tag. Zipper on the side, and waist is hand basted. Skirt is 21 1/2” long and waist is 18” when flat (but will fit slightly smaller with gathering).
