polkadotdrawer@funknee3 I think it would, that's was about my size when I wore it! I just measured it for you. Laying flat, from armpit to armpit it is 19 inches, or about 38 inches around. What I suggest to my Ebay customers is take a shirt that fits you really well through the bust and measure it from armpit to armpit. Compare that number to 19 inches :) Hope that helps! It also hits me above my knee I'm 5'3. This is a FABULOUS dress on!! So cute w/ a pair of Mary Jane heels😍😍😍maybe someone could model for you? Someone needs to snatch this up!!! Love it!!
