Absolutely stunning! Worn once for a NY trip on a sweet 16 trip & then it no longer fit. It kills my oldest daughter to part with it but time to pass it on. Paid $85 for it. There is a black sparkly shirt listed that she worn with it.

po376grl @slaviol above the belt it's 15 1/2 inches across (so I guess that would be around 31 inches) under belt it's 17 1/2 inches across (so I guess about 35 inches across) belt is adjustable so can be smaller in needed. Sorry it took so long

po376grl @slaviol yes it is lined, the netting is only at the bottom of the lining(maybe 3 or 4 inches high). Also It is very soft netting, my daughter is very picky about comfort. She NEVER would have picked this out if it was the rough netting. Also Yes I can reserve for you. :)
