dallcheI would say they are on the smaller side due to the almond toe if you have long toes or your foot is overly wide at the ball I would say they may be tight. I wear a 39 in louboutins but I can wear my pigalle (point toe) all day but these ones not so much. Also patent won't stretch like the reg calf skin. Hope that helps
