madismom @angelica_gee - Yes it will fit a 4yr old. This is a 6.5". It will fit up to a 6 - 7yr old of average size.

madismom @angelica_gee - if she is a very thin 4yr old, a 6" would be better. If she's average, then this will be fine. Also, I currently do not have anymore sleeping beauty charms. I can, however, order them. It will take about a week or so to get them and recreate a sleeping beauty bracelet in yellow (with of course different befitting charms).
