Posh Concierge Service
Posh Concierge is a new premium service where Poshmark provides extra verification and authentication for your purchases of luxury handbags and designer items.
Valued at $39 per item, this service is offered free of charge on orders over $500. In the future, Posh Concierge will be available as an optional add-on for items below $500.
How does Posh Concierge work?
Your purchase will first be shipped to Poshmark where our team of luxury experts will verify the quality and authenticity of your item, package it with care, and ship it to you. The processing is typically completed within 1 to 2 business days once your purchase is received by Poshmark. Your order tracking page will keep you informed as your order travels from the seller to Poshmark and then to you.
What do I have to do as a seller?
You don't have to do anything differently. As usual, you'll receive a pre-paid, pre-addressed shipping label. However, with Posh Concierge, the label will be addressed to Poshmark. You can track the item via the app and monitor the progress as it is processed, verified, and shipped to its final destination.
What do I have to do as a shopper?
If you see the Posh Concierge icon on an item you've been coveting, that means that the item is eligible for this premium service. Simply press the Buy Now button to purchase luxury with confidence.

You are protected every time you place an order on Poshmark.
If your order never arrives, we'll refund your payment. If your order does not match the description, notify us within 3 days of delivery. After we verify your claim, we'll refund your payment.

How does Posh Protect work?
Simple. When you purchase an item on Poshmark, we don't release payment to the seller until you tell us you've received your order and it's as described in the listing.
If we don't hear from you within 3 days after your order is delivered, we'll assume everything is OK and release your payment to the seller. Once we release payment, all sales
are final and no refunds will be provided.
However, if your order has damage that was not disclosed in the listing or is in some other way not as described in the listing, tell us within 3 days of delivery by reporting
the problem in the Poshmark app or website and uploading photos and details. If we verify your claim, we'll send you a prepaid, pre-addressed shipping label for you to return the order to
the seller and we'll refund your payment. If there are any other issues with your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Posh Protect does not cover trades or any transaction completed off of the Poshmark platform (e.g. paid through PayPal). When payment for the full value of items is not exchanged through the Poshmark platform, we cannot and do not guarantee that both parties ship and transact as promised. You bear all risks associated with any such transaction.
