This is such a cute idea! Sleeveless, black romper. Sheath on each side makes this oh so comfortable romper look just like a little black dress! Has red tie around waist for a flair of color (stitched into sides). Dress is made of stretchy material for a flattering fitted look. Dress says large but run smaller, I would say a medium.
