Here is a copy of our 501c3 form! Anthony’s Hope is one of the chapters with the Smithtown Children’s Foundation! We are Fashion for a Cause to help save lives!!! All the proceeds from this closet will be donated to Anthonys Hope in honer of my son Anthony to help with suicide prevention, awareness and mental illness!!! 55% of the items sold in Anthonys Hope closet has been donated to us to help support our cause!!
