Laying flat they came to roughly 17". These run a bit small...more like a 31 waist.

Did they shrink when you washed and dried them? I have 2 pairs same size and they fit fine but I have never dried them.

@mikeyleland18 I only air dry but if the other pairs fit, I'd assume these would. I've been putting on the holiday pounds so it may just be me :)
