Brand: Pira Size: Vintage 4 (VTG runs smaller) Color: Blue Style: Knee Length, Velvety, Pencil, Vintage, Office Features: Fully Lined, Hidden Zipper Material: Wool, Polyester, Acrylic, Acetate. The exterior of the skirt feels soft and fuzzy; similar to one of those fabric lint brushes. Condition: Vintage, good. The liner seems to come out further than the skirt, I’m not sure if it’s a flaw because I don’t see where the stitching came out. Either way, easy to change if you don’t like it peeking out. Measurements Are Approximate Waist 12” (a little more but less than 12.5”) Length 23”
