1111mimosatree Awesome post - I was also one of those that didn't know and I sold an iPod and perfume & a couple of pens ( I think that is all ? ) . Joined in April , never had sold on the Internet and was clueless , esp because I didn't read the rules 😩 I often want to apologize to anyone I sold to at the beginning because back then I didn't even wrap my stuff - just stuffed it in a box and shipped 😂 Only thing I would add here is that there are quite a few rule followers who hold themselves out as being perfect poshers ( hosts , SU , etc ) , but if u type in their names , u see they might not sell unauthorized items ( men's clothes , kids clothes , etc ) but they are buying them and that is also against Poshmark rules . I'm not a tattletale , but I do hope they stop because that kind of two-faced poshing is so wrong IMO 😠 Ok , done venting 😂😂😘

It seems to me that your an extremely sweet and kind person, who is also very honest, genuine & loveable! I'm so extremely happy we met!! 💜😊💜😜❤️💜😍💜💜. BTW I have come across a few sellers who DO trade and who also do PayPal! Not cool to go against the rules. They aren't rocket science. Simply common sense mixed in with some no-no's that we all need to be aware of. And I did buy a piece if damaged merchandise. I didn't realize she shouldn't have sold it to me like that! I'm very sad about that because it's something I very badly needed (it wasn't clothes or jewelry) for my weekend get away. theeyecandyshop @bricam727 Hi Bridget. PoshMark, doesn't support Trades. Meaning, that if you Trade with someone and they SCAM you i.e. You send your items and they never mail yours.. then you're pretty much out of luck. This is why the practice is frowned upon because PoshMark doesn't provide any type of buyer guarantee when it comes to Trades. Consequently, if you Trade with someone and never receive your item PM will probably reach out to the user but if they refuse to mail the item or lie by claiming they already mailed it.. PM's only recourse may be removing that user from the community. I know this because it happened to me. When I first joined PM I didn't know the rules so.. I agreed to Trade with someone and shipped out the items but they never shipped my item. The user was eventually removed from the community. Hundreds if not Thousands of people have unfortunately fallen victim to the "Trading Scam!" 🙏I hope this information helps!🙏
