klairecc Hi there, are the cuffs sewn up, or are they just folded up? Can I get the leg opening measured across flat cuffed, and uncuffed (if possible) Thanks!

computerbluez @klairecc The shorts are sewn at the cuffs at the inner and outer seams which could be removed with a seam ripper. The leg opening lying flat is 10 inches.

klairecc Thanks for the offer, but I bought the same style in a diff color to try a 0 on for size, and they were too big :( If you ever get these shorts in a 00, I will buy for sure!
