ashley1985 Hey, guys.... I really hate to comment here but feel extremely desperate. I purchased a bundle on June 20 that was damaged. Holes, stains, broken clasp. I reported the purchased as "Not received as described" within the three day period. I never received an email at all and now the purchase shows "Delivered". I paid $75 for damaged items! I have sent several emails with no response. I am literally begging for help. I have the items still in the box they came in and I would like a refund- that's only fair. Please get back to me 😓😓😓
