4XLT Brooks Brothers Gray with Red and Blue Plaid Long Sleeve Dress Shirt

4XLT Brooks Brothers long sleeve button up dress shirt. Gray with blue and red plaid. The shirt does have a small hole/tear. See the two pictures above. There is only one small hole- I took a picture of the front of the hole/tear and the back of the hole/tear. I think the shirt probably got caught on a belt from the inside. The hole/tear is not completely broken- you can’t see my fingers through it. So it would be a good candidate for a repair. Other than that, the shirt is in great condition. From a smoke free and pet free home.
