San Francisco 49ers Jersey, Men's Small, Throwback Style. Player 10 Jimmy Garappolo (no longer with team). Worn a handful of times. Husband had custom stitched a patch on top left chest corner, which has since been taken off; the stitches are unnoticeable from afar but noticeable when up close (see last 3 pictures). Otherwise, jersey is in good shape.
