4/$50 Antique Sebring Pottery Ribbed Floral Bowl

Dates between 1895-1905 Looks a lot like Flow Blue but unsure. It is an unusual shade of blue. Approximately 11” x 2 1/4” Antique condition: Has crazing but lends to that antique character. A couple of stains inside bowl which may be from manufacturing and/or age.
