45" Animated Standing Witch and Broomstick Halloween Figure Decoration

Light up eyes and creepy laugh and takes 3 AA batteries - please see video I believe she used to move her broom but as you can see in the video it doesn't seem to move really. Must press a button for her to laugh and light up eyes. Batteries not included. Also one eye does not light up as bright as the other. Still a nice Halloween decoration even without the animation Sits on an umbrella stand that opens to stand and closes for storage (just like an umbrella Approx 45" tall and 20 inches width at base with umbrella open Dont remember where/when this was purchased
