4/$10 - Restricted Laser Cutout Flats - Blue

This is a pair of blue flats from Restricted in a size 6.5. The fronts have laser cutouts and pointed toes. There are some cosmetic flaws as shown in the photos. The soles also have some wear. The liner inside one of the shoes is coming up slightly as shown in photos, but this is not a functional flaw or visible when worn. These shoes are part of my 4/$10 sale.
