4/$10 Rare Editions Size 6X Ivory & Pink Polka Dot and Striped Dress

This delightful girls dress features a playful polka dot top and a striped skirt, accented with a vibrant pink bow. There is a small stain as seen in third pic. Otherwise, excellent condition. Length is 30 inches. It does have a crinoline under the dress, in between the lining and the dress.
