40s Vintage Silk Peplum Dress

This dress is absolutely stunning. Circa 1940s, it is a navy blue short sleeve peplum dress that has pink and green flowers on it. It zips at the side with a brass toned zipper and has a matching belt. It has no composition tag, but feels like silk. Overall it’s in good vintage condition with minor flaws - some fraying at the peplum and fraying at the neckline. The brand is Carole Vogue New York. No size tag - see measurements in photos.
