40s Vintage Rayon Peplum Dress

Beautiful 1940s vintage classic black peplum dress with classic 1940s tailoring. Feels like a crepe fabric or rayon. The dress has long sleeves, the iconic 1940s puffed shoulders and shoulder pads, and a silk velvet peplum skirt. The sleeves are cuffed at the wrist. Has a side metal zipper and short zipper at the back of the neck.
