40s Vintage Black Hungarian Peasant Blouse w Red Embroidery

This is a gorgeous vintage Hungarian peasant blouse sourced by me in Budapest Hungary. Based on style and construction, I believe it is from the 1940s although exact era is hard to date with ethnic pieces like this. Made of a lightweight tissue paper thin black cotton, the top is adorned with red and green floral embroidery. It has long sleeves with a puffed shoulder and snaps closed down the front with snap buttons. It is slightly collared and has a peplum fit at the bottom. there is red ribbon along the bust, and wrists. Overall in good vintage condition with no major flaws to note. Has no size tags as is handmade - see measurements in photos for best fit. approx a small.
