4 for $20 Sale Unique Black Chain Wrapped Silver Tone Hoop Artisan Pendant

This is a cool, different piece! It features multi-layered black metal chains as a cord which are also intricately wrapped around a 12-ring silver tone hoop block with three dangly metal chains hanging like tassels from the bottom row. The metal hoop piece measures 2" x 3" and the layered chains hang down at 10". It's in strong condition overall but there is a bit of wear on the hoops (some of the silver is a bit worn on the outside edges).
