4 Vintage Doilies

This is a total of 4 vintage doilies. Handmade in white string. 3 of them are a matching set. 2 rectangles (10”x17”), 1 square (9 1/2”x 9 1/2”). The 4th one is a beautiful ring pattern. I zoomed in on it so you can see the intricate design. In the photos I show that one rectangle has 2 areas of loose string. (I honestly didn’t even notice this until taking these pictures. It’s really only noticeable if you know it’s there.). There are also a few light stains, see the last pics. This is truly a lost art. Our grandmothers knew that Doilies do so much to protect furniture from frame scratches to candle wax. I love doilies!! ❤️
