Highly desirable and rare Shawnee corn King features darker yellow kernels and lighter green shucks. 4-8oz coffee cups 2 1/2" x 3 1/2" raised mark Shawnee USA 90 2022 is the summer of Corn Queen & Corn King by Shawnee Pottery Company at The Red Fox Vintage Market. Produced from 1937 -1961 in Ohio, USA. Shawnee was part of the glory days of American pottery makers. Corn King was produced until 1954. The colors changed to ligher yellow and darker green with the introduction of Corn Queen. Sadly, productions stopped due to copycats. Corn King & Queen are highly collected and beautiful.
