3t girls sleeveless dress with carousel horse pattern.

Mixed pattern girls size 3t boutique sleeveless dress. Shoulder straps are pink and white striped. Top is turquoise and pink pattern, bottom is navy blue with cute carousel horse pattern and bottom ruffle is turquoise with white polka dots. Fabric is overall pill-y - see closeup for details. This dress is so adorable. Boutique tag says 2t, but for my daughter like a 3t.
