vintage_escada Hi Sheila. My measurements of the skirt is 19” completely flat at the waist. With some stretch from an elasticized band on the back. It is meant to be gathered at the waist by the accompanying belt. If you have any other questions please let me know. Thanks. 💁‍♀️

vintage_escada @maximeherold Just posted my measurements of the waist. There is elastic in the back so it has some stretch. And an inside button detail so you can cinch it if you like. Hips should not be a problem because of the design. 💁‍♀️
