3X Black shiny, dressy shorts with pockets

These are fun shorts that are very dress-up-able. I bought but they never fit right so I have only ever tried them on. They have a drawstring waist and the material has a sheen to it. With pockets they are great for vacation, a night out or hanging out. They say 3X but I’d say more 1X/2X. NWOT
