3D Yellow Pink Orange Burgundy Flowers On Navy Base Candlestick From Romania This beautiful porcelain candle holder stands 3 7/8 " tall and is 3 1/2" wide at its gently-wavy base which is outlined in gold as is the top of its rim. The flowers are each a bold 1 7/8" across. The Maker's Mark indicates this piece was made in the JRJS Cluj factory in Romania. Cluj is the city in which the factory was located.
