3.75" Posey Flower Vase Unsigned Waterford Crystal Vase

Small Waterford Flower Vase was an Annual Vase offered probably in the 1990's for one year ONLY to Waterford Members.   Vase is approximately 3 3/4" high; approximately 2 3/8" diameter at the mouth, and approximately 3" diameter  It is beautiful and heavy crystal posey vase. Several on internet signed but I can not find their signature. I bought with other Waterford pieces.
