Defined waist area with shirring above, ruffles all the way around bottom which is similar to a peplum. Wide cuffs with three buttons. Although it looks like front buttons, they are fixed in place. There is a hidden zipper under the left arm, pics 7 and 8. Size S. Measurements taken flat and unstretched and are approximate. Armpit to armpit: 17.5". Waist: 14" across flat. Bottom: 18" across flat. Shoulder to bottom: 22". Back length from below collar: 19". Care tag removed but information from website above. 100% polyester, hand wash. g
