36 x 29 Union Bay Cargo Pants

Union Bay Khaki Cargo Pants 36 x 29. It has a darker khaki on the inside waistband. 2 large Velcro close pockets on each side of leg. Back pockets have Velcro flap closure. Has 2 funky colored loops on the inside waist band on each side. Not sure if they are for anything or just decoration. No wear marks on the jeans, but small circle stain near bottom cuff in the back.
