Beautiful VINTAGE MONET DOG BROOCH SPOTTED SPOT POLKA DOT MCM MID CENTURY MODERN GOLD TONE. Painted gold tone dog brooch. Measures approximately 3.5" w x 1.25" h. Great vintage condition with some light surface scratches on the metal and few spots where the gold tone plating has come off but does not deter from wear or the absolute awesomeness of this piece. Signed Monet on the back. Very interesting piece, as the jewelry cartouche looks like it may have been moved, I am assuming during production. I have not been able to find a similar brooch to this one online, it is indeed RARE and special regardless of its mystery.
