Has lots of little tears and holes on a few areas. The worst tears have been pulled inward and sewn in, kind of like an extra seam down the side (last three pictures). Maybe this skirt can be used as a project piece to add onto or alter more. Tagged size 8. Waist: 11.5”, stretches to 18” Length: 26” Model usually wears s/m, size 4 bottoms.
