In good vintage condition. Has shoulder pads. Could be cut out if desired. Not original ribbon. Dress was missing tie on back so I replaced it with a random one. One button on waist area has been replaced with similar one. Tagged size 6. Pit to pit: 19” Waist: 17” largest, tightens with back lace-up string. *Will need a longer string to wear waist at its largest.
