This flirty, sleeveless, black above the knee dress is by Tracy Reese New York for Anthropologie for size 8. The dress is 100% sheer silk gauze over an acetate lining and a layer of tulle that helps the skirt to flare out. It’s in excellent condition and has magnificent twirl power! I believe the dress retailed for $378. Another seller has declared this, I have not found this out for myself yet. Empire waist, deep V neck, big, fat jewels on the bodice. Micropleating throughout the dress, and wider pleats on the waist and bodice. Sheer mesh straps with a satin silk ribbon to tie across the back. The dress zips up the back.
