This is tough to measure! Armpit to armpit is 19.5". Flutter fit, long in the back and shorter in front. My favorite shade of blue! See photo for some fraying of shoulder hem. Easy to snip. I just didnt want to damage. Like or bundle any three items with 3/$25 and I will send you an offer.
