100% polyester bead accents. blue is semi sheer. faux wrap. gathered at high waist. Measurements are taken with garment laying flat. I use a fabric tape measure. These measurements are approximate. Please double where appropriate. I use Persil to wash my items. If you are sensitive to scents please keep this in mind. Armpit to armpit: 17.5" Armpit to bottom hem: 13.5" Across bottom: 19.5" Middle of back to bottom down: 21"
