3/$25 Jones NY Pleated Collar

An elegant blouse with pleated shawl collars. The fabric has silver lines that are not easy to see in the pictures. There’s one spot under the collar. See the last pic. It’s hardly visible, and the price reflects the flaw. Other than that it’s in excellent condition. How to take advantage of the 3/$25 deal?
