3/$20 Knitline Shimmering Semi-Sheer Sleeveless Sleeved Cape Top/Vest (M/L)

This piece looks like it was handwoven, it is so beautiful. The cape short sleeve top has multicolored vertical designs throughout the fabric. Sparkling flecks of colors throughout give it a going out feeling. There are a few loose threads, and the size tag is missing, but I feel like this could fit anyone.
